Breathing on the Ball

An antenatal teachers guide to using a birth ball

Date: Saturday 7th June, 10am – 4pm

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire

Cost: £60 (inclusive of lunch, refreshments and delegate pack)

Concession £50 for NCT students and full-time midwifery students

Topics to be included

Planning an antenatal class solely using a birth ball, active birth on the ball, breathing techniques and positions in labour using the ball, balls and babies postnatally, posture and ball safety.

Birth Balls

Delegates will need to bring a birth ball to use. They will be available to buy on the day along with our birth ball information sheet. If you would like to pre-order a ball we can inflate it for use on the day. The cost of a birth ball is £10.
