Yoga for Pregnancy
Our weekly evening classes for women-only uses gentle yoga based exercises and stretches to prepare women for birth. This very popular class also focuses on breathing techniques, positions for labour and relaxations.
Pregnancy yoga is extremely beneficial to the expectant mother.

Breathing techniques for labour, which can reduce stress and anxiety are taught through the classes.
The class includes an hour of yoga based exercises followed by a relaxation and discussion on a relevant topic or visiting speaker with light refreshments offered.
We also recommend that you wait until you have reached the twelfth week of pregnancy before commencing on this course.
Previous experience of yoga is not required.
